Stylized bull weathervane mounted on English Oak The bull weathervane is displayed in the Gallery as a sculpture, mounted on English oak. As a garden sculpture it has a strong visual impact, whilst still preforming as a subtle kinetic artwork. The bull was nonetheless concieved as a fully functioning weathervane. It is quite large compared with our standard designs, and probably more suitable for a large home or outbuilding. Long, low-lying ,extensive homes can also command a weathervane of this size, as well as locations of considerable height (e.g. three stories or more). Cardinal letters (N,E,S & W) are not pictured here, but are included in the price. This is a stylized design. A more detailed or realistic bull would be available by commission.
