Pictured above is a custom repousse copper weathervane of a cockerel on a traditional arrow. The design is standard size, but is pictured with a set of large cardinal letters. Gold leaf has been applied to details on the cockerel, the cardinal letters, and the tail & pointer of the arrow. Greens Weathervanes first prototype design was a version of this rooster. It now resides in Denmark, and was conceived without legs or an arrow.

choose any traditional ornate cockerel on an arrow. e.g The traditional rooster, was normally based on Colonial breeds brought to the Americas, and are therefore a departure from the weathercock seen on Christian Churches throughout Europe. The rooster can vary widely (based on any breed) traditionally in a crowing pose, with a proud chest and ornate plumage detail.
